Shipping & Delivery Policy – Dynamic Jewelove

We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, hygienically, and on time. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our dispatch, delivery, and tracking process.


✅ 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are packed and processed within 3 working days after the order is placed.
If there is a holiday or weekly off such as Sunday or a festival, the parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.


✅ 2. Courier Partners

We do not use a fixed courier partner.

The courier service is selected based on:

  • Customer location

  • Best available service in that region

  • Customer preference, if shared


✅ 3. Shipping Charges

🚛 By Road (Surface Shipping):

  • ₹100 shipping charge for every ₹6,000 of order value

  • Charges are calculated proportionately

  • Example:

    • Order value: ₹18,000

    • ₹100 × 3 = ₹300 shipping charges

✈️ By Air Shipping:

  • ₹160 shipping charge for every ₹6,000 of order value

  • Charges are calculated proportionately

  • Example:

    • Order value: ₹18,000

    • ₹160 × 3 = ₹480 shipping charges

📌 Shipping charges may increase or decrease in the following cases:

  • Special packaging request

  • Special shipping mode request

  • Remote or special destination


✅ 4. Packaging & Safety

We take maximum care in packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Products are placed in a white protective polybag

  • Each item is bubble-wrapped individually

  • Based on quantity, items are packed in plastic boxes or cardboard boxes

  • Boxes are again bubble-wrapped for extra safety

  • An outer waterproof polybag is used

  • Each box is cleaned with a soft cotton cloth before packing

Our packaging is multi-layered, secure, hygienic, and presentation-ready.


✅ 5. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities 4–5 working days
Non-Metro Cities 6–8 working days
Remote Areas 8–10 working days

📌 Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or regional disruptions.


✅ 6. Tracking Details

  • Tracking numbers are updated daily on our website shop dashboard

  • Customers who provide an email ID at checkout will receive tracking details via email

  • Customers who did not share an email ID can contact us to request tracking

  • Tracking is not sent automatically via WhatsApp or SMS, but can be shared on request


❌ 7. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to coordinate with the courier

  • Refusal to accept delivery

👉 The customer will be required to pay:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Re-dispatch shipping charges
