We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, hygienically, and on time. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our dispatch, delivery, and tracking process.

All orders are packed and processed within 3 working days after the order is placed.
If there is a holiday or weekly off such as Sunday or a festival, the parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.

We do not use a fixed courier partner.
The courier service is selected based on:

We take maximum care in packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Each item is bubble-wrapped individually

Based on quantity, items are packed in plastic boxes or cardboard boxes

Boxes are again bubble-wrapped for extra safety

An outer waterproof polybag is used

Each box is cleaned with a soft cotton cloth before packing
Our packaging is multi-layered, secure, hygienic, and presentation-ready.
