For international customers, shipments are arranged directly by us using trusted international courier partners.

1. Courier Partner Selection

  • We do not have a fixed international courier partner.

  • Courier service is selected based on:

    • Destination country

    • Parcel weight and dimensions

    • Service availability

  • If the customer has a preferred courier service, we will share the available options and dispatch the parcel as per the selected service, subject to feasibility.


2. International Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges are not fixed and may vary daily.

  • Charges depend on:

    • Destination country

    • Actual parcel weight

    • Selected courier partner

    • Type of service (standard or express)

  • Exact shipping charges will be shared after order confirmation, once:

    • Final parcel weight is calculated

    • Destination details are confirmed

  • Shipping charges must be approved and paid by the customer before dispatch.


3. Dispatch Process

International orders are dispatched only after:

  • Order confirmation

  • Final weight confirmation

  • Shipping charge approval

  • Full payment clearance


4. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any local charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer directly to customs or the courier company.


5. Delivery Timelines & Delays

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Customs clearance

    • Weather conditions

    • International transit delays

    • Destination country regulations

  • Dynamic Jewelove is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier authorities.


6. Customs Clearance & Non-Delivery

  • If a parcel is held, delayed, or rejected by customs due to:

    • Local import regulations

    • Missing documents

    • Restricted items

    the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Any additional charges arising from such cases will be borne by the customer.


7. Return to Origin – International Orders

If an international shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Unpaid customs duties or taxes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

👉 The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Re-dispatch shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

  • All international orders must be prepaid in full before dispatch.


9. KYC & Documentation

  • In some countries, customers may be required to submit identification or import documents for customs clearance.

  • Failure to provide required documents may result in delays or return of the shipment.


10. Tracking Details

  • Tracking details will be shared once the parcel is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and destination country.


11. Liability Limitation

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, liability is limited to the extent covered by the courier service.

  • Any claims for loss or damage will be handled as per the courier company’s policies.
