Return Refund and Exchange Policy
B2B Wholesale Orders
This policy applies strictly to B2B wholesale transactions. By placing an order the buyer agrees to all terms mentioned below.
1 Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed and confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders are processed immediately for sourcing QC and dispatch therefore cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2 Return or Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions.
Accepted If
- Product received is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
- Product received is incorrect such as wrong item wrong color or wrong design
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear continuous unboxing video from start to end is mandatory.
The video must show sealed package opening and the product clearly.
No cuts pauses or edits are allowed.
Without an unboxing video no return exchange or missing item claim will be accepted.
Not Accepted For
- Change of mind or unsold inventory
- Product feels heavy big small or uncomfortable to wear
- Size mismatch buyers must confirm dimensions before ordering
- Slight difference in polish oxidization tone or finishing
- Minor color variation due to lighting photography or screen resolution
- Quality doubts raised after delivery video call verification must be done before order
- Handmade or artistic variations in handcrafted jewellery
Oxidized Jewellery Important Note
Oxidized jewellery naturally varies in tone.
Lighter or darker oxidized finish is normal and part of the design.
Such variation will not be considered a defect and no return or exchange will be accepted for this reason.
3 Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged broken or incorrect a replacement of the same product will be provided.
Replacement will be processed only after verifying the unboxing video and is allowed only once per order.
4 Reporting and Return Window
Any issue must be reported on the same day of delivery along with a proper unboxing video.
After approval the buyer must ship the product back within 3 days.
Return Shipping Terms
- Return courier must be arranged by the buyer
- We will contribute a flat 60 rupees towards return shipping cost
- If the return parcel is not sent the request will be cancelled
- If the product is not received within 7 days of approval the claim will be closed
5 Refund Conditions Only If Replacement Not Possible
If the same product is not available for replacement a refund will be initiated
Refund processing time is 5 to 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Important B2B Notes
- No refunds under normal circumstances
- Buyers are responsible for reselling and stock management
- Returns are strictly limited to damaged or incorrect products only
- Minor transit repairable issues will not qualify for return
- Even if purchased for personal use B2B policy will apply
- Placing an order confirms acceptance of all terms mentioned above
