International Order, Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all international customers placing orders on our website.
1. Order Placement & Advance Payment

For all international orders, 50% of the product value must be paid in advance at the time of order placement as a booking amount.

This advance payment confirms the order and allows us to start processing and packing.

The remaining payment is collected after the parcel is fully packed, as the exact parcel weight and dimensions are known only after packing.
2. Final Payment Before Dispatch

Once packing is completed, we will inform the customer of:

Remaining product balance

Applicable international shipping charges
-

The remaining payment (including shipping charges) must be completed before dispatch.

The parcel will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
If the remaining payment is not completed, the order may be treated as cancelled and the advance amount may be non-refundable.
3. No Returns for International Orders

We do not accept returns for international orders under any circumstances.

Returns are not accepted for reasons including:

Transit damage
-
Color or design variation
-
Change of mind
-
Customer preference
-
4. No Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for international orders once confirmed and processed.

Product value, advance amount, and any charges paid are non-refundable.
5. Damage During Transit

All products are packed with multi-layer secure packaging.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier:

Any loss or damage during transit is governed by courier policies

Dynamic Jewelove is not responsible for transit damage

No refund or replacement is possible for international transit damage.
6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before packing and dispatch.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If cancelled before dispatch:

Refund, if any, will be at our discretion

Payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted

7. Cancellation After Dispatch / Refusal of Delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as Return to Origin, and:

No refund will be issued

8. Customs Issues & Failed Delivery

If a shipment is delayed, held, seized, or rejected by customs due to local regulations or missing documents:

No refund or return will be applicable

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

No refund will be provided

9. Final Sale Clause

All international orders are treated as FINAL SALE.

No return, no exchange, and no refund applies once the order is confirmed.
10. Customer Agreement
By placing an international order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all international order placement, payment, refund, and cancellation terms stated above.
