Pricing Order Payment and Dispatch Terms
B2B Wholesale Orders
These terms apply strictly to wholesale B2B purchases. By placing an order the buyer agrees to all conditions mentioned below.
Pricing and Minimum Order Value
Wholesale prices listed in the catalogue will be applicable only on wholesale purchases subject to the minimum order value.
For India domestic shipping the minimum purchase value is Rs 10,000.
For international shipping the minimum purchase value is Rs 25,000.
The minimum order quantity for each product is already defined in the catalogue and will remain unchanged.
If the total order value is below the applicable minimum purchase value or if single pieces are purchased then retail pricing will be applicable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated based on destination and parcel weight.
The exact shipping charges will be shared by the company after order confirmation and will be added to the final bill.
Once the buyer confirms the order the company will issue the final invoice including shipping charges.
Order Confirmation and Payment
The order will be considered confirmed only after full payment is received by the company.
Only after full payment the order will be processed further.
In case a booking amount is taken the remaining payment must be cleared within 7 days from the date of intimation by the company.
Booking Amount Policy
The booking amount paid for any order is non refundable.
The company prepares the parcel as per the buyer’s given timeline and informs the buyer to clear the remaining payment within 7 days.
If the buyer fails to pay the remaining amount within the given time.
. The booking amount may be forfeited by the company
. The order may be cancelled without any prior notice
Orders confirmed only with booking amount will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
Booking amount or part payment facility is available only for selected orders and is not applicable on all orders.
The company reserves the right to decide where booking or part payment facility is allowed.
Order Preparation and Dispatch
The company requires 2 to 3 business working days to prepare the order.
This time period may increase or decrease depending on the order quantity.
After order preparation the parcel will be dispatched.
The tracking ID will be shared with the buyer through the respective courier service.
The buyer can track the shipment using the provided tracking ID.
In case of transit delay due to courier or logistical reasons the buyer is requested to keep patience.
The parcel will be delivered safely.
Out of Stock Products
If during order processing any product is found to be out of stock the buyer will be informed before dispatch.
In such cases.
. The buyer may select another product of similar value
. If the buyer does not wish to replace the product the amount of that specific product will be refunded
The entire order will not be cancelled due to non availability of any single product.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
No changes or modifications will be allowed after order confirmation.
Applicability
